We would like to draw your attention to the new scholarship program "Bridging Scholarships for Palestinians in Germany", which aims to help qualified Palestinians - especially from the Gaza Strip - who are in Germany and cannot return to their home country due to the current situation, to start or continue their careers in Germany.

With this scholarship offer, the DAAD is targeting Palestinian Bachelor's and Master's graduates, doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers and university teachers from all departments who have completed their studies, an internship as part of their studies, their doctorate or a research project in Germany within the last six months and at the latest by the start of the scholarship and need support in finding employment in the German education and labor market. Internships and research projects can also be completed as part of the funding.

The minimum three-month and maximum six-month bridging scholarships can be started from October 2024 at the earliest and must be completed by March 2025 at the latest.

Applications can be submitted now via the DAAD application portal until July 31, 2024.
