In order to build networks and intensify the Franco-German scientific dialog, the Franco-German University supports the organization of events for early-career researchers (e.g. summer schools and research workshops), which last at least two days but no longer than four weeks.

The current funding in 2024 is advertised in general as well as on two specific topics, namely "European integration: new impulses for the 'Europe factory' " and "Artificial intelligence and its challenges for our society".

The program is open to all departments. The prerequisite for funding is that the event has a Franco-German focus. Please refer to the DFH website for details of the calls for applications.
