Diversity and experiences of discrimination: Survey launched
To date, the extent of (multiple) discrimination, the subjective experiences of those affected and the individual consequences of experiences of discrimination on studying or working at TU Dresden have not been systematically recorded. As part of the Diversity Incentive Fund, a mixed-method study is therefore being funded that focuses on the experience of discrimination by students and employees at TU Dresden.
Students and employees have the opportunity to take part in the digital survey on the experience of discrimination from 8 April 2024 to 22 April 2024. The findings from this should help to review the suitability of existing measures as well as to derive new measures.
You can access the survey here: https://redcap.link/discrimination-survey-TUD2024
The questionnaire is available in German and English. Participation is voluntary and responses are anonymous. The survey takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
After completing the survey, you have the opportunity to take part in a prize draw for 400 x €5 as a thank you. The information required for this will be collected separately from the survey responses.
If you have any questions and/or problems, please contact the project team at
The survey is realized by the project team "Experiencing Discrimination at the TU Dresden", students in the Master's program Psychology HPSTS [Yara Karitzki (B.Sc.), Anna-Lena Wrobel (B.Sc.), Nicolette Heinze (B.Sc.), Jana Krilov (B.Sc.) and Leandra Bronke (B.Sc.)] and the supervising lecturer (Dipl.-Psych.
