CUP contract labs – Experiments are fun!

And CUP contract labs get to do experiments every day. They test drinking water, medicines, medical products such as artificial kidneys, cosmetics, and much more. They help to stop people from getting sick or, if they do fall ill, to recover quickly.

CUP contract labs also support and advise manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical products in ensuring hygiene in their production facilities. Chemists, biologists, physicists, and many fantastic lab technicians work in their modern labs in Radeberg.

A company that produces and sells a newspaper is called a publishing house. Our newspaper is called Dresdner Neueste Nachrichten The most important task for newspaper makers is to select the relevant, important information that will be of interest to their readers from the wealth of daily global and local information.

The newspaper consists of four parts, also known as books. The first book covers politics and business, while the second book contains articles by journalists about concerts and plays, for example. The third book is about news from Dresden and the surrounding area, while the fourth book contains the latest sports news and, on Saturdays, the children's magazine Schlingel ("rascal" in English).

Dresdner Neueste Nachrichten has two bosses who are responsible for around 40 employees – editors and publishing staff. The editor-in-chief is responsible for the articles and pictures.

The publishing manager ensures that the newspaper attracts new readers, reaches readers on time, and sells advertising.
