In the wake of demographic change and the shortage of doctors, particularly in rural areas, future general practitioners are desperately sought after. In Saxony, there are various specific offers and funding opportunities for prospective GPs. For your specialist training, the training associations in Saxonygive you the opportunity to plan your rotation seamlessly and unbureaucratically without any frictional losses and to see and get to know everything relevant to your training.

To support the further development of personal skills, collegial networking and life and career planning, the Competence Center for Advanced Training in General Practice Saxony (^KWASa) offers seminars and mentoring to doctors in advanced training. Practical skills, specialist knowledge and networking are thus combined. The train-the-trainer courses include both didactic and specialist topics for (future) training supervisors to ensure high-quality training.
