in vivo
Our "in vivo" technical platform provides researchers with multiple genetic models to facilitate analyses in areas such as glioma, embryonic and adult neurogenesis, and neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's. In addition to colony management, the platform offers a wide range of techniques that are routinely performed, including stereotactic injection into the central nervous system, drug administration through various routes, transplantation of tumor cells into the CNS, optical imaging of labeled cells in vivo, glioma resection, organ and tissue removal, embryo collection, blood sampling, measurement of metabolic parameters, and perfusion. These capabilities provide researchers with a powerful tool to explore a range of neurological and neurodegenerative disorders, enabling them to advance our understanding of these complex diseases and develop new treatments and therapies.
