The Carus Lehrzentrum offers didactic and technical support for lecturers in setting up virtual/online-capable teaching programs. Especially in the current situation, we want to offer effective assistance in the context of virtualization of classroom teaching.

For the production of educational films, lecturers at the Carus Lehrzentrum have a small team at their disposal that supports them from the conception to the finished film.

evaluation

Evaluation is an important tool for quality assurance in teaching. Evaluation questionnaires are developed, made available and analyzed at the Carus Lehrzentrum. Our "CarL" service supports lecturers in the use and integration of the various evaluation tools in their courses.

Curriculum Development

The Carus Lehrzentrum supports the teachers in analyzing and revising the training curriculum with regard to the requirements that will apply to everyone due to the planned new licensing regulations and the "Master Plan Medicine 2020".

Support for high quality teaching

Teaching comprises many facets. In addition to researching and evaluating new didactic concepts, developing innovative teaching formats or using modern teaching media, good teaching requires efficient organization and administration. The "CarL" aims to support teachers - and of course students - in all these areas with a range of different support services.

In this sense we are in the process of establishing services in the field of eLearning, the video production of educational films as well as in the area of evaluation and curriculum development. You can find more information on this in the individual service areas of our portal.
