Zeiss Axio Zoom.V16
This microscope has a 16-fold zoom with a high numerical aperture of NA 0.25 so that detailed samples can be observed and documented in large object fields. Due to the large working distance it is possible to actively manipulate the sample during observation (e.g. adding of liquids, surgical procedures etc.). Additionally this microscope is equipped with a fluorescence unit and with an ApoTome II (structured illumination). With the ApoTome II you can create optical sections of your samples to get images with high contrast and best possible resolution.
This enables for fast and effective working and simultaneously acquisition of images.
Suitable for
- Screening of living and fixed samples, organisms
- Imaging of whole model organisms
- Fluorescent samples
- Documentation, Tile scans, Z-Scan, multiple colour imaging
- Active sample manipulation with large working distance
