Zeiss Observer Z.1 - Widefield microscope with ApoTome (ApoTome I)
Description
This microscope is designed for routine work on fixed or living samples. Optical sectioning can be obtained on fixed samples by using the ApoTome (structured illumination). The microscope is also capable for brightfield including contrast techniques like phase contrast, darkfield and polarized light. Furthermore the second camera (colour) allows the imaging of histological stained samples.
