Zeiss Observer with ApoTome (ApoTome II)
Description

Location: MTZ, 2nd floor; room B 20.001B
This microscope is designed for routine work on fixed or living samples. Optical sectioning can be obtained on fixed samples by using the ApoTome (structured illumination). It'suitable for live cell imaging on fluorescent labeled cells because of 7 fast switchable Colibri LEDs. The microscope is also capable for brightfield including contrast techniques like phase contrast, darkfield and polarized light.
Suitable for
- Living and fixed samples
- Histological colored samples
- Fluorescence colored samples
- Structured illumination with ApoTome, tile or mosaic scans, z-stacks, multi color imaging, timelapse
- Brightfield Imaging with DIC or phase contrast
