Controlling & Finance Staff Unit
- Economic and budget planning for research and teaching
- Interface to the departmental administration (MF-TUD), contract administration (UKD), ministries and the TUD administration for financial issues
- Supporting the Dean's Office in strategic decision-making processes
- Identification of potential savings, preparation of deviation analyses and countermeasures, etc.
- Supervision of core units / core facilities of the MF-TUD from a financial point of view
- Office of the Finance Commission
- Ad hoc inquiries from all areas on financial issues relating to research and teaching
