About us

The international PhD programme "Endothelium in Health and Disease" offers research and training opportunities for graduate students with biological or medical background who want to gain a PhD in endothelial cell biology and cardiovascular research. The programme provides a structured curriculum supplemented by practical courses, journal clubs and retreats. The modules cover the main aspects of modern cardiology, immunology, oncology, physiology and microcirculation

How to apply

Admission to our program is competitive and is based on a selection procedure including an interview with faculty program members. Students who are admitted to the program get a letter of admission including the affiliation to the research group of choice. The starting date for the PhD thesis will be in agreement with the primary supervisor.
