MODAPLEX system available for everyone!

For potential applications such as tumour profiling, chimerism analysis, mutation analysis and infection analysis, the MODAPLEX platform offers a benchtop system for molecular profiling and multi-marker testing that is positioned between qPCR and single-cell sequencing (for more information, visit https://modaplex.biotype.de/).

At the end of 2023, such a MODAPLEX system was purchased from the company Biotype by Prof Stefan Bornstein (Director MK III). In order to utilise synergies, the device is available to all researchers on campus. The MODAPLEX system is located in the MITS building (house 91) on floor 1.
