WHAT´NEXT? Develop your postdoc career! – starts in April 2022

Postdoctoral researchers of TU Dresden and all DRESDEN-concept institutions can apply now.

What does my next career step look like? How do I prepare myself for the challenges in research, teaching and management? Can I lead a team? How do I negotiate my next job? These and many more questions are relevant for researchers in the postdoc phase.

The TU Dresden has developed the Postdoc Career Program especially for female scientists in order to address the special challenges of women in their scientific careers.

The 12-month qualification and networking program accompanies the participants across disciplines, especially in the acquisition of interdisciplinary skills through a variety of needs-oriented workshops, impulse lectures, networking meetings, coaching and counseling. At the same time, the program aims to prepare women scientists for foreseeable as well as unexpected influences and potential hurdles in their career paths.

Applications are welcome until March 8, 2022.
