The chair Health Sciences/Public Health is responsible for several courses from the homonymous study path "Health Sciences/Public Health" of the Faculty of Medicine at the TU Dresden. Professor Kugler is the leader of this degree program.

Master degree Health Sciences/Public Health
The consecutive master degree "Health Sciences/Public Health" was implemented in winter 2010/11. Students with a bachelor degree and a minimum of one year work experience in public health related fields can attend this interdisciplinary course program. Main focus of this program are the evidence-based methods of prevention, health provision and precautions.
The program extends over four semesters and starts every two years (in even calendar years) in winter. The next enrollment is scheduled for the winter semester 2020/21!
