The IRTG2251: ICSMD family is constantly growing

With the beginning of 2023, the Research Trainning Group 2251 started to recruit the 3rd cohort of new enthutiastic students at both partner institutions.

While the majority of our 2nd cohort is currently in the final stage of their PhD thesis and wrapping-up their research, 15 new PhD students at TUD  and 5 new PhD students at KCL have been applied successfully and could succeed the competetive selection procedure. 

In total, the  IRTG2251 currently consists of 76 PhD & MD students from 25 different nations and is still growing!

In addition, we welcome the new IRTG2251 coordinator Dr. Sindy Giebe to the team. After three very successful years within the IRTG, our former coordinator Dr. Coy Bunssen assigned as the New Scientific Research Manager at Medical Faculty of TUD.
