Photonics West 2025 - Travel Award of the Graduate Academy of the TUD

We are delighted about the successful presentation of research results in the field of polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography (PS-OCT) by Johannes Reinhold at Photonics West 2025 in San Francisco, USA, at the end of January. His presentation "Advancing dental diagnostics with polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography for early caries detection" at the BiOS Conference Polarization-Sensitive OCT: Clinical Translation was very well received. In addition, Johannes Reinhold was given the opportunity to present and discuss the research topic of his doctoral project as a poster "Elaboration of strategies for polarization-sensitive ultrahigh resolution visible light optical coherence tomography" at the BiOS poster session.
We would also like to thank the Graduate Academy of the TUD for supporting the travel costs within the framework of the "Travel Awards for Meetings, Conferences, Symposia and Workshops" funding program, which made Mr. Reinhold's participation in the conference possible.
