The Mildred Scheel Early Career Center Dresden...

...wants to enable clinicians to carry out clinical research during their residency. The MSNZ allows clinician scientists to establish their own research group by offering protected time for research, flexible career planning and financial as well as personnel support. We understand the bottlenecks at this particular career phase and want to offer optimal support. To incite synergies between bench and bedside, medical scientists are also encouraged to start their own research group. Further clinician scientists and medical scientists can be funded as tandems working on a joint research project. Individual mentoring and joint MSNZ seminars and events form the basis for campus-wide networking and optimal integration into the Dresden community.
