Dr. Anna Strano received a poster prize from the International Society for Heart Research European Section (ISHR-ES)

Dr. Anna Strano attended the Annual Meeting of the European Section of the International Society for Heart Research (ISHR-ES) in Birmingham, UK

The poster presentation of Dr. Anna Strano on the project “Investigating the role of leptin receptor in human iPSC-derived cardiomyocyte metabolism: implications for diabetic cardiomyopathy development,” was recognized as one of the best poster presentations by the ISHR-ES. Additionally, Dr. Strano received a travel grant from the COST Action EU-METAHEART (European Network to Tackle Metabolic Alterations in Heart Failure).
