Promotion of young researchers

The support of young scientists and the training of excellent scientists is a special concern of the Medical Faculty Dresden. All participating programs are bundled and interlinked under the roof of the Dresden School of Clinical Science (DSCS).

This creates optimal conditions for young scientists at all career stages. In addition, various funding opportunities for young scientists are available at the Medical Faculty: Project funds can be applied for within the framework of a MeDDrive project. With the habilitation support for women, female scientists are supported on their way to habilitation. Additional funds are available through the P.R.I.S.-Program to enable and support conference travel and publications by outstanding young scientists.
