Welcome to the TU Dresden
The part-time Master's degree course in Specialized Orthodontics offers in-depth, structured and practice-oriented further training in the field of modern orthodontics. In cooperation with the International Medical College (IMC), the study programme combines scientific foundation, innovative treatment methods and clinical excellence in an internationally oriented training concept.
The degree program provides comprehensive knowledge in the diagnosis, treatment planning and treatment of dental and jaw malocclusions in children, adolescents and adults. The focus is on fixed and removable appliances, modern biomechanical concepts, digital orthodontic workflows and interdisciplinary treatment approaches. The close link between theory, practical training and clinical application enables evidence-based and patient-oriented implementation of complex orthodontic therapies.
Thanks to the cooperation with the International Medical College (IMC), participants benefit from an international academic environment, experienced lecturers and a global network of experts. Graduates of the Master's degree course in Specialized Orthodontics acquire a recognized academic qualification and develop the professional competence to carry out orthodontic treatments independently at the highest scientific and clinical level.
