Christmas show in the Zuschendorf country castle open until 18 December

When one thinks of the botanical collections in Zuschendorf, the first thing that comes to mind are the camellias, along with azaleas, rhododendrons, hydrangeas or bonsais. But for some years now, there has also been an attractive exhibition in winter: the Christmas show. Under the title "Mouth-blown and turned - Christmas from Thuringia and the Erzgebirge", this year visitors can expect to see the traditional glassblowing art of the Erzgebirge, which is presented through lovingly designed scenes in the castle and gives insight into the long tradition of making glass balls, figures or glass marbles by means of rare, sometimes unique exhibits.

Opening hours:
Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., until Dec. 18.
