Summer Party on 08.06.2023

Graduates, staff, former colleagues, alumni, friends & supporters should and may meet & mingle in a summery, cheerful atmosphere, have entertaining and inspiring encounters, experience team-building activities, celebrate together.

Graduates from the classes of 2020, 2021, 2022 who have not yet had a graduation ceremony will have the opportunity here to meet at their "alma mater". Previous alumni years are also welcome - we are interested in how they have fared since graduation and where they live now, a good opportunity to network.

Preliminary programme

14:00 – 16:00 p.m.
Welcome, graduation ceremony for the graduating classes 2020-2022, short scientific presentations. Presentations by the speakers: Prof. Dr. Catherina Becker (CRTD Dresden, new second member of the Faculty), Dr. Andreas Kurth (RKI Berlin, Alumnus), Prof. Dr. Yael Politi (B CUBE Dresden, new second member of the Faculty), Champagne & snacks.

Starting 17:00 p.m.
Faculty party with alumni reunion, staff, alumni, partners, sponsors, friends & guests.
"Wall of Fame" of the graduating classes 2020-2022, music by DJane Richter, catering & cocktail bar, Lohrmanns Brauerei beer bike & lounge, candy & salty bar, foyer exhibition, alumni table, outdoor games, ect.

The registration period is over and the registration for the Summer Party is closed, as our room capacity has been reached. We appreciate your great interest and look forward to a wonderful event! If you unfortunately came too late and would like to be invited to alumni or faculty events in the future, please let us know your contact details (they will be saved for this purpose) :

To make our celebration a success, we are looking for financial supporters. We are happy to receive small or even large donations so that our network can continue to grow and flourish.

Gladly a donation receipt can be issued, in this case contact details must be provided when paying via PayPal. A receipt will be generated and sent to you promptly after the donation.

The fundraising will be managed by the GFF (Gesellschaft von Freunden und Förderern der TUD e. V.). You agree that your data will be passed on by the GFF e.V. to the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Biology.
