Jana Skrobanek wins "Science Slam"

Jana Skrobanek is the recipient of the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship for the Faculty of Biology in the 2023/2024 academic year and took part in the "Science Slam" at the Deutschlandstipendium foundation ceremony in Dresden on 16.04.2024. She reported vividly to a broad and partly non-specialist audience on the results of her bachelor thesis and research activities in the EME under the supervision of Dr. Pfennig. Jana was able to convince the audience and the jury with her presentation on the identification of a micro-RNA in the control of amh gene expression in the Nile tilapia testis and was awarded one of the two 1st places. Congratulations Jana!!!
