The personal data provided will be used exclusively for the preparation, execution, and follow-up of the event and will be recorded in a table for invoicing and internal documentation.

Voluntariness and Revocation

The registration and participation in the event, as well as the related indication of personal data, are voluntary. You can refuse your consent or revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
If you do not consent to the processing of your data, you will not be able to submit an invoice and will therefore not be able to participate in the conference.
If you wish, you can request the deletion of your data as well as your consent without giving any reasons by sending an e-mail to spp1708@mailbox.tu-dresden.de. If the revocation takes place after the end of the event, your data will be deleted unless there are legal reasons to the contrary.

Data Transmission

Unless otherwise stipulated by law or if you have given your express consent in individual cases, no personal data will be transmitted to third parties.

Storage Period

Unless revoked, all personal data will continue to be stored after the event for internal evaluation and statistical purposes.

Information Right

I am aware that I can request information at any time about the data processed about me and the possible recipients of this data to whom it has been transmitted, and that I am entitled to a reply within one month of receipt of the request for information.

I am aware that I can contact the data protection officer of the TU Dresden and the responsible supervisory authority for data protection at any time.
