The DFG-funded mentoring program supports female students in their academic career development, the establishment and expansion of networks, and the acquisition of interdisciplinary skills.

Through their participation, interested female students receive...

•     a study- and career-related exchange in a peer mentoring group.
•     a mentoring with a female junior scientist.
•     Workshops on necessary soft skills for women in science and on the transition to a PhD.
•     Networking meetings to share ideas and discuss the challenges of a career in science.
•     Knowledge about follow-up programs and other exchange formats.
