With the mentoring program Academia, the Postdoc Center HZDR-TUD wants to support postdocs with their personal and professional development and academic career planning. Participants get opportunities for reflection, feedback and further qualification to master the next step of a scientific career successfully. Various events also offer the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with other postdocs.

The next cycle starts on 15^th October 2024 and runs until 14^th October 2025.
