Prof. Carsten Timm elected as new Chairman of the School of Science
Dekanin Prof. Tanja Endrass gratulierte Prof. Carsten Timm zur Wahl des neuen Bereichssprechers MN.
At its session on 24 April 2024, the School Committee elected Prof. Carsten Timm as the new Chairman of the School of Science.
Carsten Timm has been Professor of Condensed Matter Theory at the Faculty of Physics at TUD since 2008 and held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Physics from 2021 to 2024.
The following were elected as deputy chairpersons:
- Prof Tanja Endrass, Dean of the Faculty of Psychology
- Prof Stefan Kaskel, Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Food Chemistry
