Reichenbach-Vorlesung

On February 4 2026, the new public lecture series "Reichenbach Lectures" will start in the Faculty of Biology. The aim of the new lecture series is to strengthen the faculty's internal and external networking in a targeted manner and to promote a joint scientific exchange. The lectures offer space for appointment and habilitation candidates, as well as for inaugural lectures. In addition, students are also expressly invited to present their projects, for example as part of iGEM or FOSTER projects. The lectures should be thematically linked to the Faculty of Biology - for example to questions on interactions of microorganisms with plants or animals - and should be designed as overview lectures in order to appeal to as broad a group of interested parties as possible.
