Purpose and data collection authority

The processing of the personal data provided is carried out exclusively by the Institute of Geometry at TU Dresden for the purpose of preparing, carrying out and following up the event. The International Affairs Advisor Mrs Maria Richter-Babekoff will be available as your contact person.

Data processing

Your data will be processed by the data collection authority for purposes according to point "Purpose and data collection authority".

Voluntariness and revocation

Registration and participation in the event as well as the related indication of personal data are voluntary. Non-participation has no consequences. You can refuse your consent or revoke it at any time with effect for the future. Please send an informal e-mail. In this case, participation in the event is not or no longer possible and your data will be deleted. If the revocation takes place after the end of the event, your data will be deleted unless there are legal reasons to the contrary.

Data transfer

Insofar as this is not otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transmitted to third parties.

Storage period

Unless revoked, all personal data will continue to be stored after the event for internal evaluation and statistical purposes.

Publication

If a publication of the name, the institution and the title of the lecture is agreed in the form, this information will be published in the list of participants and the conference materials.

Right to information

I am aware that I can request information at any time about the data processed on my person and the possible recipients of this data, and that I am entitled to a reply within one month of receipt of the request for information.
