How an Undergraduate Student Ended Up Reviewing for a Wiley Journal

Following the withdrawal of the entire editorial board from the Wiley journal "Mathematical Logic Quarterly", the journal is having great difficulty finding suitable scientists for the review process and is resorting - at least in part - to apparently non-qualified people (possibly with the help of automated internet search).
