Chair of Mathematics Education

The primary research mission of the Chair of Didactics of Mathematics is to study and improve the teaching and learning of mathematics in the school setting, to redefine the goals of mathematics education in light of the changing significance of mathematics for culture and society, and to further develop sustainable approaches to teaching and learning accordingly.
