The 39th ECMI Modelling Week will take place from Sunday 22 June to Saturday 27 June 2026 in Lund (Sweden). Master's students of Industrial Mathematics, Business Mathematics and related programmes at TU Dresden are warmly invited to apply — the working language is English, and the format is one week of small-group modelling on real-world problems from industry and research.

About the ECMI Modelling Week
The ECMI Modelling Week is a Europe-wide event that has been held annually at rotating European universities since 1988 (overview at ecmiindmath.org). About 60 students from 18 European countries
- tackle practical problems from various fields of research and
- learn to apply their mathematical skills to real-world challenges in interdisciplinary teams.
