For details, please visit the webpage of the lecture. This lecture aims to provide the theoretical understanding for the most important topological states of matter. In addition, important material and experimental aspects will be discussed. The lecture is suited for Master and advanced Bachelor students, but also for PhD students. A good understanding of elementary quantum mechanics as well as basic knowledge of solid state physics (concept of momentum space, Bloch states etc) is strongly recommend. |
