FACULTY BOARD
The School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at TUD Dresden University of Technology comprises five faculties.
The interests of the five faculties are each represented by their own Faculty Board and the Dean of the Faculty.
The Dean of the Faculty of Psychology is Prof. Dr. Tanja Endrass.
Members of the
Study Commission
The Study Commission performs advisory tasks that are important for the sensible organization and proper implementation of teaching and study activities and for ensuring a proper course of study; in particular, it submits proposals for the study regulations and the course of study.
The Dean of Studies of the Faculty of Psychology is Prof. Dr. Sebastian Pannasch.

Examination Committees
The Faculty of Psychology appoints Examination Committees for the organization of examinations and for the other tasks assigned to the respective degree programs by the examination regulations.
Prof. Dr. Stefan Scherbaum is Chairman of the Examination Committees for the Psychology degree program and the Psychology Bachelor's program.
Prof. Dr. Daniel Leising is the chairperson for the Master's degree program Psychology: Human Performance in Socio-Technical Systems.
The Chair of the Examination Committee for the Master's degree program in Psychology: Cognitive-Affective Neuroscience is Prof. Dr. Shu-Chen Li.
Prof. Dr. Katja Beesdo-Baum is Chair of the Examination Committees for the two Master's degree programs Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy (old and new).
Members of the
Library Commission
The tasks of the Library Commission of the Faculty of Psychology consist of coordination and consultation between the Faculty and the SLUB (Ms. Queitsch), among other things:
- Participation in the Library Commission of the School of Science
- ordering new monographs and journals
- Advising the SLUB on the development of the teaching library and its changing holdings
- Advising the SLUB on possible additions to or reductions of holdings
Chairman of the Library Commission is Dr. Jens Helmert.
Study and Teaching Quality Management Commission (KQM)
The Study and Teaching Quality Management Commission performs advisory tasks that are necessary for the implementation of the "Study and Teaching Quality Management System". This includes supporting the Study Commission in the organization of teaching evaluations, the development of guidelines and guidelines for the supervision and writing of student theses and other measures to improve studies and teaching. The KQM consists of four members of the academic staff and meets together with the Study Commission.
