OSIP Open Science Award 2020
Presentation of the OSIP Open Science Award 2020
On October 21, the OSIP Open Science Award was presented for the first time by OSIP with the support of the Faculty of Psychology. With this award, the Faculty of Psychology explicitly recognizes the exemplary application and promotion of transparent research practices that go beyond the usually rewarded framework. The award is endowed with 500 Euro each, which can be used for future research purposes at TU Dresden.
The award winners are:
- Dr. Denise Dörfel, Dr. Anne Gärtner & M.Sc. Christoph Scheffel for the use of preregistration, Open Data, Open Analysis and Open Material in their paper on "Resting state cortico-limbic functional connectivity and dispositional use of emotion regulation strategies: A replication and extension study". - B.Sc. Anne Wiedenroth for her transparent, sequential approach and use of preregistration, Open Data and Open Material in her paper on "Primacy Effects in Interpersonal Perception". Link to the paper
- M.Sc. Nicolas Ramer for his use of preregistrations, Open Data and Open Materials in his paper on "The role of task similarity for ego depletion". Link to the pre-registration of the Registered Report
