IGOR Prize for Open and Reproducible Science 2023
Josephine Zerna and Christoph Scheffel were awarded the IGOR Prize of the Open and Reproducible Science at this year's "Psychology and the Brain 2023" section meeting of the German Psychological Society for their Registered Report "When easy is not preferred: A discounting paradigm to assess load-independent task preference".
The IGOR Prize recognises contributions that exemplify the application of open and reproducible science practices or represent meta-science on open and reproducible science topics. Based on previously submitted abstracts, the jury selects the most promising contributions. Two jury members look at each shortlisted presentation and evaluate it according to various aspects related to the promotion of openness and reproducibility. The prize is endowed with 500 euros.
