Team Retreat 2.0: Continuing work on the vision for Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology at TU Dresden

Following our first team retreat in October 2023, our second team coaching session took place on 27 February 2024 with coach Susan Kindler. We assessed our team's resources and discussed how we can collaborate to achieve our mission in teaching, psychotherapy, and research. We also created the initial version of our lab manual, which will soon be accessible on our website. During dinner at Steffenhagen in Neustadt, our team had the opportunity for personal dialogue. Our team's resources of humour and appreciation were a great addition to the dinner and team coaching.
