We are part of the DFG network “Experimental Psychopathology and Psychotherapy”
We are part of the newly established scientific network SNEPP (Scientific Network for Experimental Psychopathology and Psychotherapy), which, with funding from the German Research Foundation (DFG), aims to more closely integrate basic research with clinical practice.
The focus is on experimental psychopathology and psychotherapy—an interdisciplinary field of research that combines insights from psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral research.
The goal is to examine mental illnesses more closely in terms of their underlying biopsychosocial mechanisms and to view them beyond diagnostic categories. Prof. Dr. Miriam Schiele participates in the network as a funded member.
