Mindfulness in university courses: Results of a feasibility study now published
A new article by Annika Konrad and Philipp Kanske, in collaboration with the Mindful Universities Research Lab, has been published on the topic of mindfulness in university teaching. As part of a feasibility study, a short mindfulness exercise was implemented into regular university courses at several German universities. Compared to lectures without the exercise, the implementation of the exercise had positive effects on students' mood, stress levels, and sense of presence in the situation. Even after the lecture, the effects were still there.
