New publication on measuring empathy and theory of mind in adolescents

Empathy and Theory of Mind are important for our understanding of others. One way to assess both components independently is the "EmpaToM task", a validated videobased paradigm. Originally developed for adults, the EmpaToM is now also available for adolescents. In cooperation with Christina Breil from the Leibniz University Hannover, Roxana Pittig from the Julius-Maximilians-University of Wuerzburg and Anne Böckler from the Leibniz University Hannover we introduce a modified version of the EmpaToM specifically designed for adolescents: the EmpaToM-Y.
