Start of the Semiconductor Talent Incubation Program - STIPT
STIPT aims to provide students with the opportunity to gain unique insights into the cutting-edge manufacturing and research of the semiconductor industry in Taiwan. A four-month course program at National Taiwan University (NTU) consists of modules with a great relevance to the semiconductor industry. The subsequent two-month internship takes place at TSMC in Taiwan, a global leader in the semiconductor sector.
Six-month stay abroad, consisting of:
Course schedule at NTU: 02/19 - 02/29/2024 - Online courses,
03/04 – 06/07/2024 - face-to-face courses,
Internship at TSMC: 06/17 – 08/09/2024.
Funding: 700 € as a grant for living expenses,
1,500 € as a grant towards travel expenses.
Accommodation: will be provided through NTU.
Academic recognition: 22 ECTS credits can be obtained for one course module plus internship.
As of now, you can apply to participate in the program for 2024.
