The Association of Friends and Sponsors of TU Dresden (GFF) is once again offering 10 scholarships for students at TUD Dresden who are writing their final thesis in the winter semester 2024/2025 (01.10.2024-30.03.2025). Thanks to the generous support of numerous donors, students can concentrate fully on their successful graduation at the end of their studies.

The scholarship includes 3 months of funding with a monthly amount of 300 euros. Only TU Dresden students who can prove that they are in the final phase of their studies in the winter semester 2024/2025 can apply. This is based on the period set by the respective Examination Offices for the preparation of the written thesis (Bachelor's/Diploma/Master's/State Examination). The start date of the scholarship can be set individually between 01.10.2024-30.03.2025.

The application should include the following documents

• Application form
• Letter of motivation
• Curriculum vitae
• Current certificate of enrollment
• Transcript of records
• Confirmed registration of the thesis with indication of deadlines
• Letter of recommendation from the supervising university lecturer

Scholarship holders are selected in consultation with the Vice-Rector Academic Affairs Professor Michael Kobel.
