Begrüßung neuer internationaler Studierender
On October 7th, 2019 about 800 new international students will be welcomed at TU Dresden in the Lecture Hall Centre (Audimax).
Not only the university board and the international office will officially welcome the first year students from abroad, but also just like in previous years, there will be an info market where various institutions and initiatives will present their work that especially supports international students in Dresden.
Additionally, they will receive an introduction to the International Tutor Programme and will be guided across campus to their respective faculties by their tutors with ample time to discuss all matters pertaining to their studies and most importantly answer all questions that especially arise at the beginning of their studies.
In short:
When? Monday, October 7th, 2019, 1 - 5PM
Where? Hörsaalzentrum/Audimax (Entrance Bergstraße)
What?
- 1 PM: Info market in the foyer
- 1.30 PM: Welcome event with important tipps and information for a good start into studying for international students
- 2.30 Uhr: Campus tour and tour of the faculty, this includes the first tutorial with the respective tutors
