Five Ways to Well-being – Fünf Wege zum Wohlbefinden
The Online-Series Five Ways to Well-being starts on November 15 in German and English. Participation is open to all TUD staff and students.
A healthy mind is just as important for our overall well-being as a healthy body. Our five interactive online seminars help step by step to achieve a sustainable and holistic well-being. We provide helpful knowledge input and offer a platform for the exchange of tips and tricks suitable for everyday life – for more well-being in everyday life.
