After the successful first meeting in July with 40 participants discussing the broad field of e-learning, at 7^th of August the second edition of After-Work-Didactics@STEM will focus on the topic “Exams under examination: In-between knowledge and competences”. More specifically, we will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of different traditional and innovative methods of examination revolving around the question “What do I want to examine and what is really examined?” Educators and students are invited to join. If you want, you can give a short, informal experience report on the good, the bad, and the ugly exams in your life (approx. 4 min). So come along, the meeting will start at 7 pm at Hallwachsstraße 3 (HAL-building). There will be some drinks and cake. Please register at catalogue.
