University Elections 2020: More than 150 candidates
More than 150 members of TU Dresden are running for the offices to be filled in the 2020 university elections. www.tu-dresden.de/universitaetswahlen-2020.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the university elections 2020 will be conducted exclusively by postal vote. The application period for postal voting documents for collection ends on Thursday, December 3, 2020. They must be applied for digitally with your ZIH login under the following link: https://selfservice.zih.tu-dresden.de/l/index.php/briefwahlunterlagen
By December 10, 2020, 4 pm at the latest, the election documents must have been received by the Election Officer or handed in at the Election Office.
This year, the university elections include
- Replacement or by-elections of Equal Opportunities Officers and Deputy Equal Opportunities Officers of the Schools, Faculties and Central Academic Units as well as of members of the Faculty and School Councils,
- Elections of student representatives in the Senate and the Extended Senate, and
- Elections of student representatives in the Faculty and School councils.
