This issue presents the CIPSEM, an institution of the TUD Faculty of Environmental Sciences. It offers courses aimed at specialists and managers from developing and emerging countries working in the environmental sector. As early as the 1970s, the TUD offered a postgraduate training program in English - a novelty at the time.
