Backpack Edition 2026

Dear first-year students,
From September 14 to October 05, 2026, first-year students at TU Dresden can apply on this website for a “First-Year Backpack,” which has once again been created in cooperation between TU Dresden and City-Management Dresden.

The link to the online form will not be activated until September 14, 2026!

To participate in the drawing, you must complete the online form linked above in full, providing your TUD student ID number and your TUD email address. Unfortunately, applications that do not include a TUD email address or contain an incorrect student ID number cannot be considered.

All winners of a backpack will receive an email on the evening of October 06, 2026, containing a barcode and information on when and where the backpack can be picked up.
The barcode is required for pickup and can only be used once.
