Mindful TU Dresden
You TU! ... take action for yourself and have a break!
Based on the programme of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) according to Jon Kabat-Zinn, TUD is once again offering the popular mindfulness courses for students and employees of TUD in the winter semester 2023/24.
Registration will be possible from 11 October 2023 here.
Each course is made up of 10 units and is suitable for both students and employees of the TUD.
- MBSR-course 1: starting monday, 18 October 16:30-18:00 at TK-Punkt
- MBSR-course 2: starting monday, 18 October 18:45-20:15 at TK-Punkt
In addition, there will be a session for both courses on Saturday 2 December from 10:00-14:30.
