Mindful TU Dresden
You TU! ... take action for yourself and have a break!
Based on the program of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) according to Jon Kabat-Zinn, TU Dresden offers different classes:
- for students
- for employees
The following mindfulness courses will be offered during the 2022 summer semester with the grateful support of Techniker Krankenkasse:
- for students:
Tuesday | 18:30 - 20:00 p.m.
Wednesday | 11:10 - 12:40 p.m.
- for employees:
Tuesday |16:30 - 18:00 p.m.
The courses take place at the premises of Techniker Krankenkasse on George-Bähr-Str. 8 and start on 26.04.22 and 27.04.22 respectively.
Registration will occur at the beginning of each semester for physical education course enrollment via the DHSZ enrollment portal under the "UGM Mindfulness Offerings" section.
